Hello, I am Rachel Francois, and I am a proud Texas Realtor with RE/MAX 1. This means that I subscribe to and follow a code of ethics set forth by the National Association of Realtors. I have the faith and backing of RE/MAX ( the most well-known real estate company in the world) for good reason. I am a driven professional who values individual growth and education.

I also have a few letters after my name, which are designations, showing that I have taken coursework and demonstrated specific skills, performance, and knowledge in a particular area of the real estate industry. I am a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), and NAR GREEN certified. Additionally, I earned a Master's degree in Education in 2004.

The most important things you need to know are…one, will work for what is best for you. I am not a salesperson. I am a facilitator, a negotiator, and a motivator. While I have the education, experience, and authority to help you buy or sell property, I operate under a zero pressure policy…just ask my clients. Buying and selling real estate can be a frustrating process without the right agent to guide you, and there is no excuse for high pressure tactics.
